PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components, simplify a compressor, and reduce the cost by inserting the terminal sections of a motor windings into holes bored on a compressor outer hull, extracting them to the outside of the compressor outer hull, then insulating and sealing gaps between the terminal sections and the holes. CONSTITUTION:The motor stator core 11 of a compressor is fixed to a compressor outer hull 12. In this case, multiple holes 15 with a diameter larger than that of the terminal sections 13 of motor windings 14 are bored on the compressor outer hull 12. The terminal sections 13 of the motor windings 14 are inserted into the holes 15 and extracted to the outside of the compressor outer hull 12, then gaps between the terminal sections 13 and the holes 15 are sealed with insulating and sealing agents 16. A glass terminal, a pressing terminal, and a lead wire used in the past are not required, thereby the compressor is simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
