TUBULAR LINING MATERIAL AND REPAIRING TECHNIQUE OF DUCT LINE

PURPOSE:To apply a desired lining to the inner circumference of a timeworn pipe even if the pipe is thick, by a method wherein the tubular lining material constituted of a flexible resin absorbing material by infiltrating curable resin into the same is made a multi-layer structure of two layers or more and at least the outermost layer obtained after inversion is wetted with a curing accelerator. CONSTITUTION:A tubular lining material 1 to be used possesses double round pipe structure constituted of a first layer 1a and second layer 1b under a state where the material 1 has been inserted within a timeworn pipe 5 through inversion. At the time of application of this technique, the first layer 1a comprised by wetting the first layer 1a with curing accelerator (a matter obtained by diluting naphthenic acid cobalt with a styrene monomer) beforehand is folded up and prepared on the ground. Then an end of the same is introduced within an inversion guide 3 and fixed to the circumference of an opening part 3a of the inversion guide 3 with a band 19 by bending the same outward. Then when compressed air is fed within the inversion guide 3 from a pipe 13 through a valve 15, the second layer 1b is inserted within the first layer 1a and at the same time the second layer 1b is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the first layer 1a. In this instance, a part of normal temperature curing resin infiltrated into the second layer 1b is infiltrated into the first layer 1a in order effectively.
