WARP KNITTED FABRIC USING POLYAMIDE NON- REVOLVING CRIMPED YARN

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject warp knitted fabric having a dry touch and further gloss of a raw yarn without a waxy feeling by using a polyamide fiber multifilament nonturning crimped yarn having interlaced bundled parts and crimped parts in the yarn longitudinal direction and a specific value or below of crimp shape factor. CONSTITUTION: This warp knitted fabric is obtained by using a nonturning yarn prepared by a method, etc., for carrying out an interlacing treatment of a polyamide multifilament yarn having a low heat shrinkage percentage with a jetting stream, setting the form by a relaxing heat treatment and eliminating a part of interlaced bundled parts 12 by an extension treatment and having the interlaced bundled parts 12 and crimped parts in the yarn longitudinal direction and =0.5 crimp shape factor defined by crimp extension ratio/number of crimps. In each interlaced bundled part 12, 0-2 small loops 13 having =1 mm length are present and the length of the crimped parts is within the range of 5-70 mm.
