PURPOSE:To certainly secure a flocked part, by imparting hydraulic pressure and vibration to a mat in a state having a pile adhered thereto with an adhesive through a sheet. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus consists of a revolving frame 4 having a liquid storage tank 10 on one end side thereof and a transparent synthetic resin sheet provided to the bottom part thereof under tension, a vibrator 20 attached to the top plate 16 of a frame 2 and a cylinder 17 for revolving the frame 4 and a predetermined amount of liquid is allowed to fill the frame 4. By the hydraulic pressure of this liquid, a mat 23 in a state having a pile adhered thereto with an adhesive 24 is pressed through the sheet 11. In addition, vibration with predetermined frequency is imparted to press twill to the mat 2 along with the adhesive 24. By this method, a flocked part 22 is definitely secured to the mat 2.
