The plotting unit 1 has a graphic data part 1a and a plotting part 1b, plots the 1st graphic pattern according to the input data, and outputs the 1st hieroglyphic information P1 as, for example, raster information. The confluence unit 4 puts the 1st hieroglyphic information P1 and 2nd hieroglyphic information which is inputted from the outside together into the 3rd graphic pattern, which is outputted as the 3rd hieroglyphic information Q. Thus, the extension and alteration of the system is easily coped with.
