BLENDED TEA OF CASSIA MIMOSOIDES L. VAR. NOMAME MAKINO-GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM MAKINO

PURPOSE:To eliminate grassy smell or harsh taste and obtain mellow and tasty blended tea having good flavor, by blending tea made from Cassia mimosoides L. var. nomame Makino with tea prepared from Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino. CONSTITUTION:Blended tea obtained by blending tea made from Cassia mimosoides L. var. nomame Makino with teat prepared from Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino. The blending ratio of both the teas used is normally 4:1 weight ratio of the Cassia mimosoides L. var. nomame Makino to the Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino. The above-mentioned teas made therefrom are a concept including not only teat leaves but also tea in a state decocted with hot water, etc. Components of the Cassia mimosoides L. var. nomame Makino are excellently and mutually mixed with those of the Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino in this blended tea to perform function so as to provide the aimed mellow and tasty blended tea with eliminated smell peculiar to grass.
