APPARATUS FOR POSITIVE TRAINING OF MUSCLE POWER

PURPOSE: To achieve an optimal implementation of an extrathreshold muscular force training without aid of other persons by providing a motor aid device to introduce an aid for muscular forces to a power introduction part and a controller adapted to automatically apply the aid. CONSTITUTION: In this apparatus, a support 11 is built on a base 10 and a direction changing roller 12 is mounted at an upper part thereof. A rope 13 is passed through a surrounding groove of the direction changing roller 12, a front string 14 is connected to a grip 15 and a rear string 16 to a weight 17. A muscular force can be introduced into the grip 15 by pulling the grip 15 in the direction of the base 10. On the support 11, an electric motor 19 having a drive shaft 20 and an accessory unit 18 containing a controller are fixed near the direction changing roller 12. The rope 13 is wound by one turn on a drive shaft, for instance, to realize a simple connection with a line of force of a training device. Thus, the optimum training function can be performed without aid of any second person, thereby obtaining the better results of training easily.
