In this case, the tilting damper 7 provided on the upper end of the boundary part between both chutes 2 and 3 is adjusted to control the content of the ore having 3mm grain size in the small-sized sintered ore 5c in the chute 3 to =30%, and the small-sized sintered ore is efficiently recovered with the convenient device.
