CYCLONE COAL COMBUSTION FURNACE WITH UNBURNT CHAR RECOMBUSTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent burnt ashes from scattering in the air and to prevent harmful substances from dissolving into underground water during the treatment of the burnt ashes by providing a burnt ash recovering means respectively at the lower part of a boiler proper and at an exhaust gas flue duct part to recover the burnt ashes containing char therein for the recombustion of the same. CONSTITUTION:An ash recycling fan 4 is opened to the air on its inlet side and is provided with a burnt ash recycle duct 5 on its outlet side. To the duct 5 are connected the ash discharge duct of a flue gas dust collector 3, the lower ash discharge duct 6 of the contact unit of a boiler proper 2 and the lower ash discharge duct 7 of the combustion chamber of the boiler proper 2. Burnt ashes discharged out of respective parts are directed into a separator 8 for recycle ashes, and the burnt ashes and air are separated from each other. The separated burnt ashes are stored in a recycle ash bottle 9. The lower part of the recycle ash bottle 9 is connected to a pulverized coal duct 13, and the burnt ashes are continuously directed into the pulverized coal duct 13. The burnt ashes are fed into a cyclone coal combustion furnace 1 together with the pulverized coal transferred by air blown out of a primary blower 12, and unburnt char contained in the burnt ashes is thereby burnt. Thus, the burnt ashes are reduced to a molten state to be discharged to the external side through a discharge port.
