PURPOSE: To judge a cancerous and precancerous colorectal disease accurately by bringing a colorectal organization into contact with an antibody/marker joint body that is bound to a blood-type substance H. The tumor cell of the specimen from a colorectal-cancer patient is strongly dyed in red brown.
