AUTOMATIC FETCHING DEVICE FOR SPEAKER SUB-CONE AND AUTOMATIC REMOVING DEVICE FOR SUB-CONE FOR FETCHING

摘要

PURPOSE:To smoothly shift a sub-cone by relatively supporting a pulling apart pawl, which pulls apart the aperture peripheral part of a sub-cone for leaving from a sub-cone for fetching, for a main frame to move to the tip side of a jig. CONSTITUTION:On both side of a main driving part 17 fixed at the center on the main frame 7, two air cylinders 18 are mounted and a follower driving parts 21 are fixed to the output shafts 20 of each cylinder 18 through a fixing screw 24 and respectively arranged near to the left and the right of the main frame 7. A clamping pawl in a trapezoidal shape 1 is fixed integrally to lower surface of the follower driving part 21 with a joint screw 22 and the tip part 1a of the lower edge of the clamping pawl 1 is protruded a little bit lower than the lower surface 7a of the main frame. Thus the sub-cone for fetching C can be surely clamped to be sunk under the upper end surface 5b of the aperture peripheral part 5 of the sub-cone C abutting against the jig 4 by the tip part 1a of the clamping pawl.
