PURPOSE:To give no pain to a patient at the time of enema enterography and to prevent an operator from receiving the exposure of X-rays, by providing the chamber connected to a tube so as to communicate with the base end thereof and a pressure control means for adjusting the atmospheric pressure in the chamber to a predetermined constant pressure. CONSTITUTION:A contrast medium is introduced into a chamber 3 and extruded from type opening provided to the leading end of the tube 1 to be perfectly injected in the large intestine. Subsequently, an air supply pipe 5 is connected to the chamber 3 and a pressure setting device 17 is set to the internal pressure of the large intestine optimum to the state of examination. When the internal pressure reaches set predetermined pressure, a solenoid opening and closing valve 14 is closed by the output from a comparator 16 and, at the same time, a three-way solenoid valve 12C is opened and suction is performed from the chamber 3 by a suction means 12 to perform control so as to always make the internal pressure constant. Therefore, no pain is given to a patient by preventing the sending of excessive air into the intestine of the patient and, since the control of the sending of air into the intenstine is remotely operated, an operator can escape from the exposure of X-rays.
