PURPOSE:To find out a wandering doted aged man by calling the aged man by means of a pocket bell and searching him with a direction finder after fitting a radio transmitter to the doted aged man. CONSTITUTION:When a protector of a senile aged man calls the radio transmitter fitted to the aged man by telephone by using a previously registered pocket bell number, the called pocket bell 3 receives the call and outputs the first call incoming signal which is inputted to a connected power supply switching circuit 4. Then the circuit 4 is closed and set to a self-holding state and power supply is made to a connected high-frequency oscillation circuit 5, modulator circuit 6, code signal generation circuit 7, and high-frequency amplifying output circuit 8 and, as a result, these circuits operate. Then a high-frequency signal which is modulated and specified by a code signal is outputted from the circuit 8 and radio waves are transmitted from a connected transmission antenna 9 until the self-holding state of the circuit 4 is canceled. The protector searches and detects the radio wave transmitting location of the radio transmitter fitted to the wandering doted aged man by means of a direction finder so as to confirm the location where the aged man stays.
