PURPOSE:To secure the coupling efficiency of a reinforcement by inserting a joint reinforcement into an axial reinforcement inserting sheath pipe fixed to the tip of a jack compatible with force fit of concrete and forming a lap joint between an axial reinforcement of existing concrete and the joint reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:In a ring-like space constituted of an internal form (A), a tail plate and an existing lining concrete (C), a jack 1 compatible with force fit of concrete is retreated and reduced, and an axial reinforcement (E) projected from a reinforced block (D) is exposed. After that, the reinforced block (D) assembled in advance is fixed to the axial reinforcement (E) by means of a lap joint. Then, an axial joint reinforcement 10 is inserted into an axial reinforcement inserting sheath pipe 5. The internal form (A) is assembled, and after placing concrete 11, the jack 1 is extended to move a press ring plate 2 backward, and at the same time, a plate (B) is moved forward, and a required length of the lap joint is formed between the reinforcement 10 and the axial reinforcement (E).
