PURPOSE:To obtain a vegetable sherbet for blending with SAKE of new drinking style of drinking while dissolving, by blending vegetables with water, lemon and sugar into a sherbet state and mixing the blend with SAKE. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables such as pumpkin or spinach are ground, strained and successively blended with water, lemon solution and sugar. The blended solution is treated by a sherbet producing machine and made into a sherbet state. Then the blend is well mixed with SAKE by a mixer, etc., and supplied to customers. The prepared sherbet is jelly, cold and will not raise water. Drinkers can slowly drink while waiting dissolution and the sherbet is good for the health because of drinking vegetable.
