PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a special oil recovery mechanism, by performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and low temperature brine with a dry-type vaporizer which is capable of performing stabilized oil returning and performing heat exchange between low temperature brine and high temperature brine with a heat exchanger for producing ice separately installed. CONSTITUTION:A dry type evaporator, which can perform stabilized oil return, serving as a heat regenerator 14 is installed into a steam compression type refrigerating cycle of a chiller unit 31, which is a heat supply device. Said evaporator is connected with an ice making heat exchanger 32 by way of a low temperature brine pump 36. During heat regenerating operation, the dry type evaporator 14 performs heat exchange between refrigerant and low temperature brine. The heat exchanged refrigerant which contains compressor oil is returned to a compressor 1. In addition to above, the ice making heat exchanger 32 performs heat exchange between the low temperature brine and the high temperature brine so as to partially freeze the moisture contained in the high temperature brine, and form liquid ice. Then, thus formed liquid ice will be transferred to a heat storage tank 33 by a pump 32 for preservation. It is, therefore, possible to prevent the shortage of oil of the compressor without providing a special oil recovery mechanism.
