PURPOSE:To use a stable and strong radio antenna for an animal and a neck collar for restricting the animal in common by providing an electric conductor to the inner part of the neck collar. CONSTITUTION:The outer part of the neck collar 3 is covered with an electric insulator 2 such as a synthetic leather and the inner part is made of an electric conductor 1 with excellent conductivity such as copper. Since the electric conductor 1 is surrounded by the electric insulator 2, the conductor 1 is insulated electrically. Thus, in case of using the neck collar as a loop antenna, since the antenna is not in direct contact with the skin of the animal, the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit including the loop antenna is not changed and the Q is not decreased. Thus, the neck collar 4 is used as a stable and strong radio antenna for animal use in addition to the substantial purpose of restricting the animal so as to keep the stable reception and transmission performance thereby facilitating the maintenance and management.
