PURPOSE:To control temperature of a spinning pack and temperature of polymer passageways before the spinning pack in proper temperature levels, respectively, by heating the interior of a spinning box equipped with the polymer passageways and the spinning pack by a totally heating means and heating the spinning pack by an individually heating means. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a spinning box 8 is heated by a totally heating means 9 and approximately the whole part in the spinning box is heated to a temperature range suitable for melt spinning. A spinning pack 7 is equipped with an independently heating means 12 separated from the heating means 9 is set and the temperature of the spinning pack 7 is sufficiently raised to a proper temperature.
