PRODUCTION OF SPECIAL WOOLEN YARN FOR RESISTED FABRIC AND KNIT BY AIR JET SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled woolen yarn with color changing resisted tone by cutting into a fixed length an input raw material transferred by a carrying nozzle from a can via carrying pipe into the carrying duct followed by randomly charging onto the upper part of an opening transfer mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 5 is passed through a cylinder 1 and doffer 2, and an input raw material 10 is transferred by a carrying nozzle from a can 11 through a carrying pipe 14 into the carrying duct 20 while cutting into an appropriate fixed length. Thence, the resulting material is randomly dropped through the port of said duct 20 to the nip between the rollers 35 and 36 in an opening transfer mechanism to charge into the cylinder or the doffer 2.
