PURPOSE:To effectively execute application instruction processing by calculating an application instruction processing address and an operand address as preprocessing, shortening a processing time at the time of execution and shortening the scanning time of a sequence program for continuously using an application instruction. An instruction is read out, and when the instruction is decided as an application instruction, processing address data are read out from the conversion area corresponding to its program counter and the read data are dispersed to processing addresses. The real addresses A, B of the 1st and 2nd operands are read out from corresponding conversion areas to execute data transfer between memories. Thereby, the processing time at the time of execution can be shortened and the scanning time of a sequence program at the time of continuous use can be shortened.
