PURPOSE:To automate operations for forming details by using an information processing means which takes in the transaction information read by a reading means and forms the information on the details of the contents by each of banking facilities and a recording means which records said information on the details of the contents to the respective securities to be carried. CONSTITUTION:The transaction information attached to the respective securities K carried on a carrying path 3 is read in the reading means 4 which is disposed to face the carrying path 3 directed to a securities housing means 6 from a securities supplying means 2. The transaction information read by the reading means 4 is taken in and the information in the details of the contents by each of the banking facilities is formed in the information processing means 5. Further, the information on the details of the contents of the respective securities by each of the banking facilities formed by the information processing means 5 is recorded in the recording means 8 disposed to face the carrying path 3. As a result, the operations for forming the details of the securities by each of the banking facilities are automated.
