PURPOSE: To establish a method for performing required processing in the shortest time during inevitable downtime of reactor by connecting a computer, like a wiring logic interface, with a power bridge and a wiring logic control circuit through a peripheral circuit. CONSTITUTION: Each of a plurality of wiring logic interfaces controlled through a wiring logic control circuit 12 is connected with a subgroup 10 comprising the electromagnetic operation mechanism for a predetermined number of simultaneously operable clusters. Each stationary power assembly 9 comprising one wiring logic interface and a power bridge of at least one subgroup 10 connected therewith is exchanged continuously and independently with a power assembly 23 comprising one computer and a power bridge of one subgroup 10 being controlled thereby and the computer is connected, like a wiring logic interface, with the power bridge and wiring logic control circuit 12 through a peripheral circuit.
