METHOD FOR ALLOWING HEAT TO DISAPPEAR FROM SMOKING COMBUSTION REGION OR FLAME GENERATING COMBUSTION REGION IN ARTICLE HAVING COVER

PURPOSE: To effectively remove heat from a smoking part or a part with a flame in a mounted article by holding a fire resisting material between a mounting fabric at a front side and a packed stuff or a packed core material. CONSTITUTION: The refractory material is interposed between the front side decorative mounting fablic and the inner side packed material. The refractory material is obtained by coating fiber substance such as a glass fiber or a carbon fiber, etc., with a latex including finely crushed metal with a thermal conductivity. In this case, the front side mounting fablic requires a precondition that porous rate for permeating air of =10 ft3 /min/ft2 under the pressure of 1/2 inch water depth is provided. Thus, metallic powder provided with the thermal conductivity or a heat insulating material is contained in the refractory fiber so that heat is effectively removed from the smoking flame part where a low- temp. heat flow occurs.
