PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of the title producer by deciding a tool center locus point through decision of the coordinate value of the digitization data in the center axis direction of the tool. CONSTITUTION:A tool center locus producer for end mill machining using the digitization data SA consists of a digitization data input processing part 1, a memory part 2 for the data SA, a tool center locus producing condition input processing part 3 for production of a two-dimensional tool center locus, etc., and a storage part 4 for the tool center locus producing conditions SC. Furthermore, a sampling point production processing part 5 which produces the two-dimensional tool center locus based on the conditions SD given from the part 4. Then a sampling point interference data extraction processing part 6 extracts a projection point (interference data) based on the conditions SD and a two-dimensional sampling point SE. An end mill tool center locus point production processing part 7 produces the tool center axis direction coordinate value and the tool center locus point, and a tool center locus data memory part 8 is added. In such a constitution, the data on the tool center locus is produced at a high speed.
