INJECTION MOLDING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL, INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND NOZZLE FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To control a flow path of plastics passing a nozzle body by a method wherein a nozzle body having a first bore and a second bore forming a flow path for molten thermoplastic is mounted therein to prevent the thermoplastics from flowing via a flow path of an actuator bar with a breakthrough and control a pressurized fluid flowing through the nozzle body passage. CONSTITUTION: An actuator bar 100 for piston cylinder assembly 144 is driven by a piston rod 142 and a nozzle body 80 is moved ahead to close a bore 16 within a top section material 10 for a closed nozzle. When the nozzle body is moved ahead, a passage of thermoplastics flowing via a nozzle body A to mold body B is interrupted. When driving a fluid screw ram for an injection molding machine C, the thermoplastics is pressurized and flowed into the elongated direction of a bore 62 in a nozzle section 60 via a third bore 46, being brought into an aperture section 26 of a first nozzle section 20. The pressurized thermoplastics is then driven by a need valve 80 and transferred to the direction away from the top section 10. When the actuator bar 100 is moved backward, a bore 16 is released and the thermoplastics can be flowed in a sprue for the mold body B.
