PURPOSE:To increase the operating force of a float by providing a float chamber into a still water pool in which the water of the upper reaches of a gate runs, connecting the upper part of the still water pond and the lower part of the float chamber, the lower part of the float chamber and the lower reaches of the gate, and interlocking the float with the gate. CONSTITUTION:A still water pool 3 in which the water of the upper reaches of a roller gate 8 is provided to the outside of a side wall of a water channel provided with the roller gate 8, and a float chamber 5 provided with a float 7 is provided to the inside thereof. A water injection device 9 connecting the upper part of the still water pool 3 and the lower part of the float chamber 5, and a water absorbing pipe 10 connecting the lower part of the float chamber 5 and a water channel of the lower reaches of the gate are provided, and at the same time, the float 7 is interlocked with a gate 1 by an interlocking device 12. According to the constitution, the water in the float chamber is positively drawn by taking advantage of the current force of the water channel, and a usable stage difference of the float chamber can be enlarged.
