PRINTING METHOD FOR SINGLE-ENTRY BOOKKEEPING ACCOUNT BOOK

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a sorting processing of a data by generating index file which has collected a key part for retrieving a data from in a sheet of slip data. CONSTITUTION:The figure shows a format chart for showing a format of an income/outgo data, and constituted of data of a slip classification 101, a new/old classification 102, a date 103 of generation of a slip, a slip No.104, a payment amount, etc. When the slip classification 101 changes, the contents of the data are varied, but as for a different slip classification, each different kind of data is stored in the same field as necessary, and what kind of data the data stored in the field concerned is is decided by the contents of the slip classification 101. Also, the figure is constituted of a sequence No.201 in which an item code, a data and the slip No.104 being formats of an index file are contained. In such a way, a sorting processing to the data becomes unnecessary and can be executed by a small working area.
