LATERAL TURNING TYPE HOOKING DEVICE FOR HARDWARE TO BE PLATED

PURPOSE:To accelerate formation of a uniform plating film on hardware to be plated by providing a mechanism for immersing a hooking jig engaged and set with a conductive hanger into a plating bath and laterally turning the same by the forward and backward movements of a movable bar in the outside part. CONSTITUTION:The hooking jig 7 consisting of a supporting frame engaged and set with the conductive hangers 8 to which many hooks 9 are provided in arrays is immersed in the plating bath and plating is executed by bridging an energizing bar 1 between electrodes. The movable bar 2 is moved back and forth at a specified distance horizontally by the operation of an external driving device and a pinion 4 of a transmission mechanism 5 is turned by a rack 2, by which the perpendicular motion in a vertical direction is applied to a connecting rod 6. The hooking jig 7 is, thereby turned laterally by means of a lever 12 pinned 12' to the rod 6, by which the plating treatment is carried out. The formation of the uniform plating film on the hardware to be plated is thereby accelerated and the plating quality is improved.
