PURPOSE:To make an excavation hole with a high degree of accuracy by providing the first excavation hole having an outline smaller than a wall-thickness of the underground-wall to the poor subsoil layer and providing the second excavation hole corresponding to the wall-thickness and width to its periphery so as to reach the hardpan. CONSTITUTION:The poor subsoil layer E1 is excavated by means of a backet while filling the muddy water to form the first excavation hole 10 having an outline smaller than a wall-thickness and width of the underground-wall intended to be constructed. Them, the perimeter of the excavation hole 10 is excavated while filling the muddy water by means of a hydrocutter until reaching the hardpan E2 to form the second excavation hole 14 corresponding to the wall- thickness and width of the underground-wall intended to be constructed. And, after inserting a reinforcing basket into the excavation hole 14, the muddy water 12 is replaced by concrete to construct a panel-like underground wall.
