PURPOSE:To adjust the deformation and stress due to the difference of concrete contraction quantity by interposing an adjusting floor having a large deformation performance in the vertical and horizontal directions between a low temperature chamber or high temperature chamber and a normal temperature chamber which are set on a same plane. CONSTITUTION:In a concrete structure in which a low temperature chamber 1 or high temperature chamber and a normal temperature chamber 2 are formed on a same plane, and a temperature difference is generated, an adjusting floor 3 having a large deformation performance in the vertical and horizontal directions is interposed in the part between the both spaces having different temperature. A crack inducing joint 4 is formed at the slab edge part of the adjusting floor 3 which contacts the chamber, and an iron reinforcement 5 is arranged at the lower edge of the inducing joint 4. Further, a slit crossing at right angles with the inducing joint 4 is formed on the slab of the adjusting floor 3. Therefore, the deformation quantity and stress in the vertical and horizontal directions due to the difference of the concrete contraction quantity due to the temperature difference can be adjusted, and the generation of cracks of the building and unequal sinking can be prevented.
