摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an information recording medium which decreases generation of defects in a lubricating film by sticking a fluorine-contained isocyanate deriv. protected of an isocyano group onto the substrate of said recording medium, then regenerating and polymerizing the isocyano group, thereby forming the fluorine-contained isocyanate polymerized film. CONSTITUTION:The fluorine-contained isocyanate deriv. protected of the isocyano group of the fluorine-contained isocyanate is used as a lubricating agent and is stuck to the medium surface; thereafter, the isocyano group is reproduced by a heating treatment and is polymerized in succession. Since the isocyano group is protected by the protective group consisting of an active hydrogen compd. such as alcohol or phenol, the adhesion time of this isocyano group to the substrate is stable with moisture and thereafter, the protective group is dissociated by the heating treatment by which the isocyano group is regenerated. The regenerated fluorine-contained isocyanate is hydrolyzed and polymerized to form the desired lubricating film.
