PURPOSE:To lighten a work of partial washing and improve the working efficiency by providing a device of partial washing to bring a piece of clothing into contact with a peripheral face of a rotary member for washing with a central axis of it held almost horizontally in use. CONSTITUTION:A user holds a body 8 by hand, and starts a rotary member for washing 6 to rotate with a switch on. On a work table, a piece of clothing 12 such as a cutter shirt, etc., necessary to be washed partially, infiltrated with detergent is pressed on with a rotary member 6 by its periphery. That is, with the body 8 held horizontally as a central axis of the rotary member 6 directs, a piece of clothing 12 put on a table almost horizontally is washed by applying a pressing force (F) downward. Thus, as washing done by only a pressing force (F) downward is possible, the working of partial washing can be lightened.
