PURPOSE:To make reel interchangeable in a short time even in case of a green hand by housing the reel and a feeder guide both in one magazine, and installing a drive roller and a feed roller in an opening in this magazine. CONSTITUTION:A pressure regulating bolt 16, regulating each tension condition of an attached reel 14, a feeder guide 15 and a tape 2, and a feed roller 17, delivering the tape 2 upon being engaged with an upper roller 7, both are housed in a magazine 13. And, in this magazine 13, there is provided with its opening 13 in a passage part of the tape 2, and in this part, the tape 2 is made contact with the upper roller 7, thus the magazine is constituted so as to deliver the tape by a stepping motor 11. With a suchlike constitution, when a reel change is required to be done, it comes to a cartridge method that the whole magazine 13 is replaced with a new one, therefore the tension condiction of the tape 2 is simply adjustable with the pressure regulating bolt 16. Consequently, even in case of a green hand, the reel is interchangeable in a short time with one motion.
