CR STEEL WITH SUPERIOR WEATHER RESISTANCE

PURPOSE:To obtain a Cr steel with weather resistance by adding specified amounts of C, Si, Mn and Cr to a steel. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a Cr steel is composed of, by weight, 0.005- 0.1% C 1-3% Si, 2% Mn, 4-10% Cr and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. To the composition may be added 0.1-3% Cu and/or 0.05-0.3% P, and/or one or more among 0.1-3% Ni, 0.1-3% Mo, 0.05-0.5% Ti 0.05-0.5% Nb and 0.05-1% Al.
