ROTATING DISC TYPE HIGH VOLTAGE GENERATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase a current conveying amount to a high voltage side by bending the edges of low, high and intermediate voltage side inductor electrodes in the prescribed direction to eliminate a discharge. CONSTITUTION:The forward edges of low, high voltage side inductor electrodes 1a, 1d and intermediate voltage side inductor electrode 1e disposed therebetween in the rotating direction of charge conveyors 4 are so bent as to increase an interval from the conveyors 4. Thus, it can prevent the conveyors 4 from discharging when removing from the electrodes 1a, 1d, 1e to increase the current conveying amount from the electrode 1a to the electrode 1d.
