SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR UPPER CONCRETE SLAB FORMWORK BY HIGHLY CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL TUBULAR PIPE

PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of corrosion resistance of a steel tubular pile by a method in which the upper part of a hanging supporter is coupled to the upper end of a pile, and the supporter of a side formwork set on a bottom formwork thrust with the upper part of the pile and on both sides of the bottom formwork is supported by the hanging supporter. CONSTITUTION:A highly corrosion-resistant steel tubular pile 1 formed by providing a highly corrosion resistant film 6 of polyethylene on the periphery of a steel tubular pile 5 is driven into the bottom ground under water. Supporting beams 8 are hung down and supported through hanging bolts 9 on a support beam 7 fixed to the upper end face of the pile 1 to make up a hanging supporter, and a side frame 12 is placed on the supporting beam 8. A formwork supporter 4 to support side formworks 3 set on a bottom formwork 2 thrust with the upper part of the pile 1 and on both sides in the widthwise direction of the bottom formwork 2 is supported by the hanging supporter.
