PURPOSE:To reduce the outflow rate of steam during an exhausting operation, by controlling a valve actuator by means of a controller having a reference value setter in response to a signal from a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust pipe 9 is attached above a steam space 2 in confunction with an exhaust valve 11. The exhaust valve 11 is provided with a valve actuator 10. An electric temperature sensor 14 is provided above the steam space 2. A reference numeral 15 indicates a pressure sensor. Two sensors 14, 15 are connected via a signal line with a controller 12 having a reference value setter 13. That is, the valve actuator 10 is controlled to open and close the exhaust valve 11 respectively in response to the rise and fall of temperature inside the steam space 2 relative to a reference temperature level. By constructing the exhaust device as described above, the valve is opened and closed at a temperature close to a saturation temperature, that is, when an air mixing ratio is small, and thereby reducing the outflow rate of steam.
