PURPOSE:To simultaneously execute deep drawing and piercing by one die by providing a 2nd drawing die on the base of a lower die, a 1st drawing die at the center and fixing a piercing die to the base at the center of the 1st drawing die. CONSTITUTION:When a work P is mounted on the upper face of a lower die 9 and an upper die 1 is descended, the pressure of pressing the work P is generated on a 2nd drawing punch 6 and 1st drawing die 11. Simultaneously therewith the pressure of the work P pressing is generated by a pressing plate 8 and the 2nd drawing die 13. When the upper die 1 is further descended, the curving part of the work P is formed by the projecting part of the 1st drawing punch 2 and the recessed part of the 1st drawing die 11. With further descent of the upper die 1, the inclined part of the work P is formed by the 2nd drawing punch 6, 1st drawing die 11 and 2nd drawing die 13 and the piercing of the work P is performed by the piercing punch 12 fixed to the lower die 9 base.
