PURPOSE:To make a driver easy for his driving at night as a beam of light is refracted downward, not reaching to his eyes, by installing an inclined plane, which becomes thickened in the lower part with an erected plate surface, in a perspective plate multistagely as serriform in its side section. CONSTITUTION:An inclined plane 3 to become thickened in the lower part with an erected plate surface is installed in one side at the driver side of a perspective plate 2 being set up behind a driver 1 multistagely as serriform in its side section. In this case, it is recommended that a tilt angle theta between the inclined plane 3 and a vertical line be set to an incline of 8-40 deg. or so. When both refractive and sight states in the inclined plane 3 are put together, in case of a bus and an electric car being 7-30m in length, the tilt angle theta of the inclined plane 3 comes to 8-40 deg. or so, in case of the electric car being 20-35 deg. desirable, in the illustration light is in no case reached to driver's eyes and, what is more, circumstances at the passenger seat can be well monitored.
