SWITCHING METHOD FOR THREAD STREAK IN AUTOMATIC REWINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To surely switch a thread streak by constituting a machine stopping turning a turret arm and switching the thread streak in a thread streak switching position next turning the turret arm moving an empty tube to a predetermined rewinding position. CONSTITUTION:When a preset amount of thread streak is rewound to a tube 20a, a turret arm 2 is turned to a direction (a), moving the fully wound tube 20a to a doffing position and an empty tube 20b, placed in the doffing position, to a rewinding position. And moving the empty tube 20b to a thread streak switching position before the rewinding position, when the empty tube 20b is adapted to a press contact roller 6, the arm 2 is stopped in that switching position. Subsequently switching the thread streak, the thread streak, reaching a thread route restricting guide 14 from the empty tube 20b, is adapted to the empty tube 20b, being rewound to the tube 20b. And turning the arm 2, the tube 20b is moved to the rewinding position. Consequently, tension generates a small change from a roller 6 to the tube 20a.
