PURPOSE:To raise the erosion resistance of afforestaion work by a method in which fine polyurethane foam pieces are mixed with bottom deposits of fresh water area, sewage sludge, etc., under a consolidating condition and turf is grown to form a tree planting board, and the tree planting boards are fixed to slopes by means of cuttings. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl film is laid on a wooden box formed on the flat ground and urethane chips are mixed with bottom deposits containing about 73% water and water to form a floor 1. Turf 2 of pencross bent species, etc., is plating on the floor 1 to form a tree planting board, and the boards are fixed to slopes by cuttings 3 and 3', where the tree planting boards are fixed in a short time by means of the cuttings of plant species having high rootage. The erosion resistance and appearance of the vegetated ground can thus be enhanced.
