PREPARATION OF FULL-CERAMIC DENTAL PROSTHESIS USING TWO KINDS OF DENTAL CERAMIC MATERIALS USED FOR BODY PART AND CUT END PART, AND MUTUALLY DIFFERENT IN BAKING TEMPERATURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal deformation of full-ceramic dental prosthesis at the time of manufacturing, by using two kinds of ceramic materials mutually different in baking temp. in combination. CONSTITUTION:When a frame 1 is transferred to a support tooth 4 and a dentine ceramic material 2 low in baking temp. and an enamel ceramic material 3 are built up on the frame 1, the dentine and enamel ceramic materials to be used are used by combining two kinds of ceramic materials mutually different in baking temp. Therefore, though so called dentine and enamel ceramic materials used as a body part and a cut end part are used in the frame 1, even when the dentine ceramic material 2 and the enamel ceramic material 3 are added to and built up on the frame 1 and baked, the thermal deformation of the frame 1 is prevented since the baking temp. of both materials 2, 3 are sufficiently lower than that of the ceramic material used in the frame 1 and this dental prosthesis can be well adapted to the support tooth 4 even when again returned thereto.
