A lower wall panel 28 with a mounting hardware 26 secured to the inner surface of an upper part thereof is erected and secured to the ruler angle 3 while the upper surface of the mounting hardware 26 coincides with the position of the bottom face of an upper wall panel 27. Next, the upper wall panel 27 is erected on the mounting hardware 26 and a lightning- shaped hardware 34 is secured to the panel 27 with the lower part of the hardware 34 in contact with the inner surface of the ruler angle 3. Therefore, the operation of mounting the panels 27, 28 is facilitated, and since the panels 27, 28 can easily follow the interlayer displacement of a steel skeleton, aseismatic property can be enhanced.
