The toothbrush has a elongate handle (1a) section attached via a coupling arrangement to a brush part (2a) having parallel bristles (3a) extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush part. The brush part can turn through a max. angle of 25-35 deg.C w.r.t. the longitudinal axis due to a contact part formed by passages in each part penetrated by a pin (6a) whose dia limits rotations.
