The portable workbench is in the form of a trolley with rear wheels (19) and front support feet (18). When the trolley is to be moved, it is rocked back onto the wheels using the handle (20). The workbench has a metal frame (1) with a lockable door (5) on the side allowing access to handtools (3) and component trays (4). Another door (5) on the front gives access to two larger compartments (2) in which larger tools can be stroed. On top of the frame are slidable work surfaces (6,7) with holes (9) for mounting equipment. At the front is a woodworking vice with jaws (10,11) operated by clamping screws (12,13). Set into the base is a mains power distribution panel with flying leads (15), on/off switches (16) and several output sockets (17).
