The use of sulphur-containing N-organooxycarbamic acid esters of the formula I IMAGE in which A and B represent O or S, with the proviso that at least one of the radicals A or B must represent S, R1 represents alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aryl, which can optionally be substituted, R2 represents alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, which can optionally be substituted, R3 represents alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, which can optionally be substituted, for the control of endoparasites in medicine and veterinary medicine, and novel sulphur-containing N-organooxycarbamic acid esters and process for their preparation.
