This instant content measuring device is for indicating the minimum level of fluids or discloses the presence of fluids. It can be used in irregularly shaped barrels. It is used with a variety of fluids that are dielectrically different. It includes an incandescent supervision light (1) that will watch the emptying of the barrel (2). It spies the level of open fluid (3) in the container (5). This is so that it will turn on when it goes lower than the pre-established minimum (4). It also serves as a signal for the presence of water on the bottom of a barrel (2) or mixed with the amount (5) of fluid that are being observed. The said light lights up (1) at just about any fill level and is independent from the status of the surfaces of the electrodes (6) and (7). These make up the capacity of the probe (8) which is battery powered (17) through an electronic circuit (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) and (14) controls the shifting of the mobile index on the graduated scale of the tool (19) that visualizes for the user the instant value of the fill level of the barrel (2). This is done independently from the irregular morphologic characteristics and even from the dielectric characteristic of the fluid being used. All of this is due to two conductors (15) and (16) easily connected to a pre-existing signalling device (19).
