This invention deals with a free-electron generator for the neutralization of positive ions, and for the negative ionization of environmental air; and in keeping with this aim, takes advantage of the power of electron emissions from metal points excited with the correct voltage values and in direct current. The points (3,3') are mounted on a propeller (1), or on a disc, or other rotor, which rotates on its vertical axis (2), and which, together with the axis, leans against a metal point (8), oriented upwards, which carries out the simultaneous functions, of support and electric conductor, for the supply of the said emitter points (3-3').
