This releasing of the firing cap bell in this case occurs only if the delayed-action charge is filled to a sufficiently high level. If the filling level is insufficient or if there is no delayed-action charge whatsoever, corresponding limiting of the stamping movement results in the firing cap bell not being released completely, so that it is not possible to fit the firing cap.
