The machine has a tippable collecting bin (1) moveable by hydraulic jacks (10a) on a pair of supporting levers (3). These are supported in turn by lifting arms (6) and hydraulic manipulating jacks (10) attached to the tipper vehicle body (12). The collecting bin has a large opening (16) cooperating with a large rotary cylindrical brush (14) to receive debris. The brush has a hood (15) to direct debris into the bin, and is driven and controlled by a hydraulic motor (13) connected to the hydraulic circuit(s) of the vehicle.
